Turf Blaster® BFS is a uniquely formulated, 100% soluble supplement designed to nourish plants biologically. It is not a plant food but a complex blend containing Soluble Humate, Soluble Seaweed Extract, Beneficial Bacteria, and Essential Plant Vitamins. Turf Blaster® BFS is crafted to support all plant types and thrive in various soil conditions.

Description For Use:
This product is suitable for hydroseeding, conventional liquid foliar, and irrigation applications and does not require watering after application. Avoid use through drip tape unless filtered through a 200-mesh screen. For foliar applications, early morning is preferable to reduce disease potential. Note that higher concentrations may cause staining; test on a small area if concerned about surface coloration.
Turf Blaster® BFS is compatible with most substances, except those with very low pH (below 4.0) and cannot be mixed with calcium nitrate. An initial jar test is advised when combining for the first time with other materials. For optimal use, keep the product sealed when not in use, and pre-mix with water before adding to the final spray tank, ensuring full dissolution, especially in colder temperatures.
Caution: Higher concentrations in solution, may stain or tint surfaces, such as concrete, fences, siding, plant foliage, etc.
TANK LOADING: We suggest pre-mixing in a separate container from the final mixture.
Note: Although designed for professional use, these materials are completely safe and easy to apply for homeowners who want to treat their own properties.

Storage and Handling:
Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure bags are sealed properly to prevent moisture ingress. Handle with care to avoid damage to packaging.

APPLICATION RATES:
Hydroseeding:
- 1.25 lbs./acre
(Approximately ½ dry ounce per 1,000 sq ft)
Turf, Fairways, Greens, and Tees:
- 5 dry ounces/acre once per week
- 10 dry ounces/acre every two weeks
- 1.25 lbs./acre once per month.
- 2 lbs. max one-time rate.
Pastures and forage crops:
- 1 lb./acre
For best results, the grass/crop should be 8” or higher at the time of application.
Woody Ornamentals/Vegetative Crops:
- 8 ounces/100 gal. once per week
- 16 ounces/100 gal. every two weeks
- 32 ounces/100 gal. once per month
The best results are always achieved by using lower rates at more frequent intervals.
Potted Plants – ½ tsp every 1-2 weeks
Transplants – 2 tsp foliar and root soak
Recommended Dilution Ratios:
- 2 teaspoons (9.45g) in 1 gallon of water
- 10 teaspoons (47.25g) in 5 gallons of water
- 16 tablespoons (8oz) in 25 gallons of water
- 1 pound in 50 gallons of water
- 2 pounds in 100 gallons of water
- 4 pounds in 200 gallons of water
3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon = ½ dry ounce
16 dry ounces = 1 pound
Dilute only as much concentrate as needed for each use.
